probably would help to freeze it for a bit after making it, and then blending it afterwards to get the right consistency.

Please help me out. I’ve looked everywhere for a copycat recipe for the Burger King Satisfries. They were the best tasting fries I’ve ever had. Indeed and the type of Sweet Potato you use might also be a "Secret" ingredient and the Key thing to knocking it out of the part. Edit: There are 16 types of Sweet Potatoes to pick from when it comes to cooking, but only 5 are common to in recipes/stores.
