Som dieticians are saying soya full of antinutrients it can cause liver,gut, thyroid issues..but my family has been consuming before I was born now I am 28 I havent seen any of these problems in my family

east asian cultures eat soy in fermented form mostly tofu, meso and that too in small amounts. soy in processed form is hard to digest, makes liver work harder and increases estrogen levels.

Soy in unfermented form has no difference in digestion, except minor nutrient differences. Soy in any form doesn't increase estrogen It's proven in every study and clearly told by every nutrition body in the world

Sir I need a cheap protein source as I am a student, So I have planned 50 protein grams of soya chunks, and the rest 50 grams from rice, dal, chappati eggs etc, to easily afford 100 grams of protein daily. In this context eating 100 grams of soya chunks are medically ok? Rest I will observe the adverse effects slowly but what consideration should be in my mind kindly reply

Hello sir. If possible, please make a video on diet or awareness for people with low sugar level issue who are working out in gym or active in any sports or something similar. For a normal person it is easy to reduce additional sugar consumption in day to day life to achieve their fitness goals. But it is difficult for the people with low sugar.
