Wonderful video sir . I think more focus should be given on building side deltoids and rear deltoids for good overall development of shoulder . I am saying this because front deltoid need less direct work to grow because of a lot of indirect work from pressing so only one isolation movement is enough for front deltoids .

Best part is last line basis exercise should be 70/80% rest of the part you can add new technique or experiment.... Stick to basics is best things to do....

U have to see whether u have hit a Plateau Generally 6-12 weeks min you must follow a program progressively

Sir pls make a short or video about that we have to finish the workout in 45 mins otherwise cortisol level will increase, is it necessary ? Sir all of us need ro know this, duration of 45 mins of workout matters or affects muscle growth ? Pls sir do make a video on this. If there if no problm in working out for 1.5 or 2 hours then we can hit 3 muscles group along with abs/obliques, sir pls pls clear this doubt ki hume total kitni der workout karna chahiye
