Honey and fruits have 90 percent fructose which is a tight slap to your liver, at least that's what the peer reviewed literature says. While sugar is 50 percent glucose, 50 percent fructose, on the other hand fruits and honey are basically poison with 90 percent fructose. Now, how about that for a fact?

This video is so correct . I regularly eat mangoes and choclates , bananas and other fruits . And with all that iam still in a very good shape because I do strength training and cardios on weekends . I dont know why people misguide others , sugar is so important for our brains too . You can get serious problems if the sugar levels in the body is severely low . My mom knows about my sweet tooth and she herself brings the tasty atta biscuits from the bakery and I gorge on them . The only thing that i dont add sugar is with my black coffee because i like the taste of the bland cofee , but i have a mango with my black cofee everymorning . We follow simple balance diet which included everything and are still able to maintain a healthy lifestyle till date. @abhishek Sharma fruits and honey are far more dangerous than sugar . While sugar is half glucose half fructose, honey is 100 fructose which is a tight slap to liver. Most of the Indian doctors are slaves and they don't have any credibility particularly in peer reviewed journal. On the contrary, western doctors regularly update themselves and they are the one who are getting research work after research work published. Indian doctors are basically fat ass, who only aims to open 4-5 clinics for extra money but they don't have audacity to focus on research work. I know it's a harsh reality but certainly a reality. Most of the Indian doctors don't even know about insulin resistance and we expect them to comment on sugar
