I love to workout after lunch.It gives me energy to do high intensity workouts and I never face any vomiting symptoms,but after seeing this video m doubting I should do after lunch or not!!

I remember once I took a heavy meal and worked out after 5-6 hrs and I started having nausea. After that I stopped eating anything before workout and now it feels better. Although a lot of people say its always beneficial to eat something before working out but I don't want to throw up while working out. I actually prefer eating post workout as I don't have nausea after that.

hi ,i have a light meal in the afternoon say two roti n subzi.At around 4 i feel hungry and I go for sprouts or peanuts but again in a less quantity.When I reach home I have a gap of one hr in between hitting the gym so I finish my dinner and thers a gap of an hr of having the meal and running which I do.Is that ohk ?

Sir as a beginner I'm using dumbbells each weighing 5 kg so how many reps per set and how many sets should I do considering that I'm a beginner and using 5 kg per dumbbell which is 10 kg total weight.
