I meet literally hundreds of clients every day. They have several doubts and queries pertaining to workouts, diets, supplementation, sleep, medical issues, etc. which I am happy to solve to the best of my abilities. But there is one reason which I find common, not only in the people joining a gym for the first time but also in people who have been working out in other gyms for months and years but are still stuck with either the same results in the gym or aren’t getting any results in the gym at all.

Prolly watched hundreds of videos relating to bodybuilding and fitness The first thing that every expert says when taking about results is nutrition. This is one such video which actually makes the most sense The more heavy u lift, the more incresed volume of workout which in turn leads to more calorie burning, muscle building and all that. Examples For doing proper squats we need a stronger core. Kudos to you sir.

Sir, since long I am facing an issue of breathing while working out both (Cardio & Strength). That means at times unable to match breathe (only with nostrils) with the pace of body action. Eg:- While running I get my mouth open to breathe fast with running speed. Similarly while push-ups, crunches I had to hold my breathe at times because mouth get open. Somewhere in a small article I read breathing plays important role in benefiting muscles while working out. So it will be really helpful if you could make a video and guide on how to breathe (In-hale & Ex-Hale) while workout. The Technique of Breathing.

Great! But you forgot to mention why this happens... When you do strength training, your muscles increase i.e. your muscle cells increase. Now, muscle cells have the most number of mitochondria in them, which most of us know as "the power house of the cell". So, your base metabolic rate increases, leading to weight loss gradually.

Many people are fat and strong 🙄 strength has nothing to do with fat loss, I've seen many weak people with good body. For years I've trained to become strong but i got no results only a chunky body, i have no muscle definition even when I weight around 69kgs(which was the lowest body weight i ever achieved) I never saw my abs ,my love handles were still there, never had biceps even though my triceps were very well developed.
