Really nice sir... for workout i Blindly trust my GURU Mr. Raju Biswas... because of him i have achieve my Body and my Goal .... for biceps i always do what he had told me to do sequence wise 1. close grip pullup, 2. concentration curl, 3. preacher curl, 4. barbell curl, 5. dumbbell curl seated, 6. hammer curl seated... i really started to see the changes in my biceps... from 10inch to 14.5inch growth it took me at least 3-4 yrs of hard training & still i am under his guidance weather he is with me or not I always follow his path... some people will say your growth is slow but I don't care as they don't know about me and my financial background... whatever i have achieved i am really happy... Thank you Raju da.... and thank you Mr. Akshay Sir for your valuable knowledge...
