Hi Wes, thanks for a great video. Wondering if you could answer a fundamental question I have: How/ when can I draw conclusions from a campaign? After it has a certain # of reach? # of days ran? as per my target CAC? Ex: I have a snowboard product that retails @ US$50. My max CAC is $20. Let's say I set a lifetime budget of $80 and let it run for 14 days. After the first week, I have 0 conversions, after the second week, it has 1 conversion. Can/ should I have cut the ad after the first week with no purchases? Should I still keep the ad running after the 2nd week? Thanks in advance!

They disable my account seriously every couple of months for no reason, even when im not running ads and when I appeal it they take 1 month to unban it and apologize. I hate fb so much they have 0 customer support but its how I make money 😪

Thanks for the info. But I have an issue and it's frustrating the heck out of me. Before seeing your video I had already put up an ad (I know lol) but I keep getting messages from indian men...like 20 messages in 4 days and all are the same asking for more info and for a test. I don't understand why they are even able to see the ad as I specified audience for the US. Is this normal? I feel like facebook is basically scamming the heck of me showing the ad for another country then the one is was intended for.

I'm working on my first ad now and that's what I'm concerned about. Did you work with a FB account exec first? That's how it initiated for me. The process includes 3 phone calls with him (one before the ad and two after the ad is running). I can also email him (which I have already after the first call....still waiting for him to reply!). If I see people outside of my selected parameters getting the ad, I'm going to be very unhappy!

This again makes me think that the only way for successfully advertising on fb is if you advertise a company that explains to how to advertise on fb... 2/3 of these are b2b the other 2 sell digital products... do you have an example for small local service providers? It seems like fb does not work for my business...

Dorothe, please don't look at WHAT these ads are selling, that isn't the point at all. It's all in HOW they're doing it. You might want to watch it again from that perspective, as these examples can all be applied to whatever it is you're selling.
