Every part on this song is one of the coolest parts I've heard played on a guitar.

I remember the first time I heard this song. Driving back from a wedding in Tahoe, everything was burning, my boy was driving crazy to get the fuck II of there. Then we stopped at Truckee river and smoked a blunt. It was great.

This mans right hand is phenomenal, obviously his fretting hand is absolutely impeccable but it just blows my mind how little movement there is from his right hand every time i watch him play, his technique is godly! Still cant get enough of this album 🤘🏼

Awesome! 40 Stories was my favorite song of 2021. Most listened to on stupid Spotify(take that for what it's worth). I can't wrap my head around how Wes sings over that guitar arrangement. If Alluvial ever makes it to Toronto, I'll be in the front row. 🤘

May we get the instrumental version of Sarcoma too? I love the vocals but I also want a separate version of the album to appreciate the instruments alone. 😁🤘

I like the vocals on the album but yeah didn’t really dig the style on 40 Stories. Reminded me too much of arena metal bands of the 00’s, which is fine but not my thing. At the same time I feel like the instrumentals are written around the vocals so it wouldn’t work too well without them.

On the off chance you actually see youtube comments, I see you still use a boss ns-2 a lot, but I see so many people ragging on it online as a "tone suck". If you were looking for a new gate now, would you still go with the boss? Actually there's so much conflicting information, some people saying it brightens their tone, some say it darkens, but if its good enough for Wes it must be good enough for anyone.
