Could become construed as harrassment without proper evidence, there are proper methods to resolving crime and conflict, the improper routes can lead to innocent people unintentionally incriminating themselves or muddling the truth. You dont exactly wanna take the law into your own hands, but like this guy , collect and keep as much evidence as possible and only do things that are unambiguously legal and defensible.

There’s always the possibility that the van driver is just trying to ruin his friend’s restaurant’s reputation, and the restaurant owner is too cowardly or too blackmailed to know how to respond. (Unlikely, the two are assuredly in cahoots, but we have *INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY** because it causes fewer innocents to be harmed by courts and mobs)

I thought this video has million views so already that restaurant must have got hundreds of bad reviews from internet on google maps but all the reviews were positive so i thought maybe i was at wrong restaurant but after double checking i realised that the restaurant is correct and reviews option is not available so it looks like google is protecting this restaurant from getting bad reviews. I feel you, couple years ago an employee's "boyfriend" stole bank account info off a payroll check of her's, printed fake checks of our business, and cashed about 30k worth of checks in two days... Well my wife being a Private Investor and her Step Father being with Homeland Security within 24 hours were able to figure out who it was, where he lived, the fact he was dating 4 or more women and doing this to all of them... local cities and county law enforcement was contacted. He was arrested with fake printed and made out checks for our company and two others. He was released almost immediately, no further charges were made, even though we said we wanted to press charges... Couldn't persue hiring a lawyer ourselves due to cost, and we are a small business. I guess it wasn't enough money for the cities or counties to care about to protect us.

Had a friend that went to Texas with a group of his friends on a hunting trip. Had thousands in hunting and camping gear in their vehicles. Stopped at a restaurant to eat- came out and all their vehicles and belongings had been stolen while they were eating. I always suspected someone in the restaurant had tipped off the thief and most likely seated them where they could not watch their stuff ( away from windows).

Bravo to this man!! He is a super star in my book. Not only is he an upstanding, concerned citizen who was victimized, but he is concerned about his fellow citizens who are being victimized as well. Yeah. People like him will say ANYTHING to get people on his side. From what I can gather he is accusing another restaurant of being involved but his only evidence is the van used an empty lot next to the cafe. He know's he's reaching, possibly even lying. So he is using these kind of things like "community" and "giving back" in order to sway public opinion because he has nothing else. He's essentially trying to use this to cancel his competition... because if he had real proof this wouldn't be an issue.

We know this other owner has been informed of thefts and he continues to engage with these thieves. Appears to be a coordinated criminal enterprise going on here-probably involving family members and many victims. Local police need to step up and support their communities-whatever happened to protect and serve?

That "vacant lot", has towed/auction vehicles in an open ungated lot. Day Break Cafe on the right, and Day Break Autos on the left. How likely is it the lots could have the same owner or family members... Since the lot is not gated and anyone can come as they please, makes sense they use it as a dump spot. Hide trailers between a couple trucks, and wait a few days. If anyone shows up looking at it, they alert the van driver not to return for it. If the lot was gated with a lock, then the police would have been asking who had access to it. ***Just looked at the picture he showed the reporter of where he found his trailer. It was backed into the far left corner of the lot. On Google street view it looks like the storage yard for the Auto shop.
