South Africa is bound to be advanced and ahead given that all resources from Zambia were channeled towards developing Zimbabwe during colonial rule, In addition South Africa had the advantage of having been developed and continued development right up to the 90s when power was handed over to the majority ethnic South Africans There was hardly any development in Zambia during British rule cause Zambia was not considered a priority for development as the weather patern and soil did not suit Western preference for their agricultural purposes and Zambia being deemed too hot campared to Zimbabwe. Zambia was also left with no money reserves and no handover of Government at independence, no staff to facilitate a smooth handover of power out of spite by the British exiting colonial masters. Most of the development begun after independence including the main hospital..so yes South Africa will be ahead due to the advantage it had.
