When in doubt, be a unicorn I mean it’s a nice apartment, but in Bed-Stuy, you could definitely get a 3br for the same or even less than what she’s paying for a 2br.

I was born and raised in NYC, I currently live here, and let me tell you, this is not common in NYC. A huge 2BR 2 BA in NYC like hers would run you like 5,000 a month. Do your research if you plan on moving here.

Wow, I didn't expect this from someone obviously very young. Her style is surprisingly sophisticated and her budget seems to be pretty big- being a freelance creative is treating you well. I especially like the sofa and the staging and stylings of the kitchen. As someone who used to live in NYC, I highly recommend you take advantage of having outdoor space, especially given Covid. Really invest in the area, keep in clean, put out comfy furniture, plants, etc.

I love your spirit and your space. It is definitely a reflection of you. Yes during COVID in general anyone that has a outdoor space is blessed. For those who don't if at all possible try to acquire one because this may become the norm with contagious respiratory diseases in the not so distant future. I always enjoy a tour that is serene warm, natural, unique and authentic. It is tiring looking at tours where if you have seen one then you have seen them all ,cookie cutter apartment tours where everyone has the same thing, like that so called glam , boring. Take care of yourself and best wishes.

TWO BED TWO BATH?! Here in Houston a 2 bed 2 bath apartment is half the price. I once lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse that was only 1,700. 3,000 rent over here can get you like some really luxury apartment.
