You have been such a help to me and I don't normally comment because I don't normally comment anywhere on KZbin, but I am going to try to comment more often on your chanel so more people will see what you are doing. You are a rock star for the vegan weight loss community! So informative and helpful! I have lost 20 lbs in about 3 months and I am 67 and lossing this weight has been slow but pretty painless. I have about 5 more lbs to reach my goal, but I am going to keep eating this way just adding some more calories. Thank you!

Love your content. I’ve followed a lot of other wfpb ladies and never have they filmed actual footage of the calorie density concept. Im sure this is so helpful for people new to calorie density and a whole food plant based diet.

Thanks again! I was thinking back to a few years ago when I’d eat a bowl of pistachios telling myself that the shells take up so much room I’m not eating so many. And now if I want a coffee treat, I have iced coffee at home with a splash of oat milk, so delicious! I’m loving the way I eat now, LOADS of veggies, potatoes, oatmeal, rice, tofu…it’s all good. Thank you and your team for keeping me on track, down 33 pounds this morning. Yippee!

I eat some prepackaged vegan meals - but I add a bunch of veggies and mix it up. so, I'm kind of using the prepackaged meal for convenience and flavor. Example: I like the Amy's Tofu Scramble - but I add at least 2 cups cooked kale with it, with vinegar and hot sauce to the kale and a small amount of heinz 57 to the potatoes. The Amy's vegan pud thai - I add a bunch of cooked broccoli, and stir it up. good. both are good and filling.

I love your recipes! We have the chickpea salad sandwiches all the time. I’m just barely starting to try to drop some weight. I’m still nursing my 13 month old, so I’m not going hard, but rather focusing on adding more veg to our meals. I’m still allowing some fat for the time being but already seeing some results

I’ve been binging your content for the past 2-3 days and I’m loving your reminders and meal ideas and vibe! The only hard disagree I have is 9:23 😂❤ naaaahhhh. They have all the food engineering and market research figured out. I mean you’re so right that we can make some amazingly tasty and satisfying ice creams but B&Js wins on taste 😂 for that reason I’m glad that stuff is in the “special occasions” price range in my area these days LOL Anyway just giving you a major shout out. Loving this channel. These are thing that took me years to learn and I’ve lost 90lbs in total and gaining tons of muscle now.
