Hey Simon you need to have a discussion with Josh Poe. I work for Ge Appliances and he just gave us a mind shattering discussion. One of the things he mentions is that in order to have a capitalist society there has to be a surplus of labor. More people than there are jobs. Thus the jobs are more valuable than the people in them. This design was a systemic design. This will help you see some of the forces working against your vision from a different perspective.

Hi Simon, love your videos man! Keep it up. I have a request for a video that i think would not only be beneficial for me but a lot of other people. What does it mean to yourself personally and other alike to act “professional” in the workplace? I get a lot of people give me lots of different answers and very differing ones as well. Would love the feedback. Regards, Sammy.

Thank you, Simon. Even though this is a “sound bites” from one of your previous presentation, It never gets old. I watch your videos over and again just to rub off your passion for your message.Repetition reinforces, well my vision is to meet you, not Mr.W.Buffet. No offense Mr.Buffet.

Open or closed-captioning woudl really help for persons who are Deaf or hard-of-hearing (and even the KZbin auto-cRaptions) are set to Portuguese, so that's useless.
