I totally get what you mean about the weed induced anxiety. I smoked everyday for over a decade and had bad anxiety/social anxiety during that time. I refused to believe it was due to the weed. I even got prescribed benzos because my anxiety was so bad. After taking a long break from weed I realized pretty much all the anxiety I had was due to the bud.

Hi Grace. Video is for me i guess ? ;) I've managed to be kratom free for a few months now and we'll manage that weed thing too, right ? It's still hard for me to let go of the weed completely because there are still moments when listening to music, for example where it is just fun. Just sick of the everyday/allday stoner thing but struggle with the moderetion. I cant smoke "moderate" 1-2 times a week, nor even just in the evening.. so there is only one way i assume.. to smoke zero ..? ... :(

I also tried to smoke only at night and it never worked, so abstinence proved the only way. But now going on 4 years later, it was truly the best thing I could have ever done.. and interestingly I don’t miss it at all. So maybe it’s worth a shot..

I hit the weed about 10 times a year, usually late at night when my anxiety is a bad, a little weed usually helps. May I recommend hash to use periodically. My daughter owns a dispensary so I get the good stuff for free.

I made my own hash for years, but have no desire to consume thc in any form unless I have something serious like surgery or a terminal illness.
