this video is like a try to focus challenge for people with adhd

I got an ADHD coach for my son. The office is about 2 hours from us. We did the first meeting in person and now online once a week. I never have issues getting my son to log in. It's the best $150.00 a week I've spent. I am interested in group coaching for him going forward

Great content but the background music is too loud and distracting.

I have ADHD.. I'm soon to graduate to be an SUD counselor. I learned that ADHD is linked to drug use. I have been looking into ADHD coaching and I would love to enter this field. My question is, is there a way to combine both in any way? I'm super excited about my new career but I really want to do coaching also. That would be so amazing to do!

Oh Michelle, I think there's LOTS of ways you could blend these two careers! I don't know much about SUD counseling, but coaching is super helpful for ADHDers
@juliesaadwellness Жыл бұрын
Michelle, yes totally! You could position yourself as a SUD counselor and make sure to emphasize that you work with ADHD clients. If you feel like you need more ADHD-specific training, you can look into programs about that.

Thanks so much for this!! I'm 28 and have been struggling with ADHD since I was young and this opened my eyes up to aspects of coaching and ADHD coaching specifically that I literally had no clue existed. I appreciate the tip of doing the group coaching and individual coaching for specific task-driven things. I'm so glad I came across this! 🙏

You are so welcome, Tyler! I hope you find the right support that you need. Coaching can really help.

Do they exist online or do I have to drive an hour and a half every time?

Hi Caren thank you so much! I'm 31 years old, only recently was diagnosed with adhd, and still have been able to have a 10 year career as a private language tutor. Do you think it is possible to combine the two careers and create something new?

How do you get clients in a small town? Because I've found most ADHD folk are on a tight budget...

You've got to market online.

This is so helpful, thanks for creating. I’m considering training to be an ADHD coach in Australia 🇦🇺. Do you find there is a lot of demand? There aren't many coaches here and therapy is generally less normalised so it's hard to gage if doing the course would be worth the investment. 😊
