*9:20* I love this part. Everyone thinks these days you have to eat strictly vegetables and chicken (etc.) to get something "progressively". The true is when you give up on these little happy things your life is not going to be such fun as it should be. *Eat healthy, workout but dont forget you are here to enjoy :)*

From my opinon , i think the most important thing is what we eat ! And we should be more educated on nutrition because what we eat is what we are...our body is a machine and it needs the best quality of combustibil ! And the quality of train not the time or repa😊🍻
@Darek_caliathletics6 жыл бұрын
Sinan Coveltir The most important is to eat what we like and that gives us energy to stay on path. Of course we should try to eat as healthy as we can and keep finding new information to educate. In terms of building muscle mass we can consider including some food considered as a bit less healthy to reach the right caloric intake (if that comes too hard to reach it with healthy food) It depends also on our priorities and possibilities, everyone’s individual and has his own unique body, lifestyle and so on. Nevertheless it’s all about fun so we should do what we feel is working for us well :)
@sinancoveltir66246 жыл бұрын
I can take a lot of calories from bad things... we need to get calories from good stuff but good stuff like vegetabels and fruits that contains all minerals and vitamins are low in calories ! The solution? Eat more good calories ! Like fruits,vegetabels,hole grains,seeds etc... personally i'm almost vegan ... i don t eat meat for a lot of reasons but here is because it's so hard for the body to digest it...sorry for my english🙈😂 Peace🤘🌱

@@benno8699 Do you honestly believe eating say 3000 calories worth of candy is just as effective for building muscle as eating the same amount of calories in meat and rice?

Proud of polish mate to make such good videos. Complying your videos with other sources I have good outcome, however there are still some subjects I am struggling with. It's mostly about stretching and warm-up. Can you go a little bit in detail of how you do it? Another thing is exercises difficulty, is it better to do more reps of easier exercises or focus on harder ones? My main source except a few KZbin channels is Paul Wade's and Olivier Lafay's books. Im getting different answers to my questions depending on author or youtuber. Hoping to see your reply and keep up good work, great channel. Piona!

I found your nutrition video helpful. I'm one of those people who finds it hard to gain weight and expect you to be the same. We're the same biotype and have some similarities in appearance. When seeing you eat ice cream and advising of some fast foods for calories, it makes sense to me. I used to look too thin from the rowing machine and now make it crucial for more protein and carbs. I have sweetener as there's enough sugar in other things, so will get the required calories. I even eat a small snack late at night to keep the face healthy as this helps muscles in the face with the right amount of fat without ruining the body.

Hint: You don't need any protein powder. All plant foods have protein and most people take in 3-5 times the amount they need. Since protein is the only macronutrient we cannot store, this puts a huge work load on the liver and kidneys and is highly unhealthy. Animal-based protein sources are also strongly linked to cancer and heart disease (our #1 and #2 killers). If you want to eat healthy, focus on non-processed wholefoods.

I still don't understand why you need enough caloric intake. I thought you only need enough carbohydrates and protein. How eating icecream gives you muscle and energy? Do you count icecream as carbohydrate? So when you take enough of carbohydrates and proteins in a day of training but still haven't fulfilled caloric intake how your body is going to struggle from this deficiency? I don't understand it, thanks to anybody for explaining this to me.

Hey man! Not sure if you’ll see this let alone help me but here goes anyway...pls help So I’m athletic but borderline skinny fat. I’m lifting for muscle gains about 4-5 times per week, and I’m looking for strength - mass and definition. But I also want to lose some body fat simultaneously... Should I eat at caloric surplus? Or as I have been recommended a slight caloric deficit? High protein, high carb? High protein low carb????! Should I eat more protein on days I lift as opposed to cardio? What macros? Jump rope is a good way to kill body fat but if I do cardio like this will it kill my gains? What if I do cardio on my off days? Thanks! Oh and if it matters I’m 188lbs and 6’4 16yo Only been gymming seriously for a month or so... Much love again thanks anyway!!! :))
