Many of our musculoskeletal and neurological impairments will present in our gait patterns so we should always have our eyes open and watching! 👀
In this video, I will demonstrate and explain some reasoning for multiple gait deviations. Watch closely and learn to use your eyes to pick them out. Once you can see it then you can begin to correct it. Improper gait patterns can lead to joint pain, muscle fatigue, and tightness.
