Wow, such great insight! I'm 63 and have suffered with migraines since I was 10 yrs old! I figured out I was suffering from a migraine or recovering from one 25 days a month! I found a nerve stimulator program in Dallas. I went for a trial of an external nerve stim and returned to have it implanted. There is a battery pack in my chest and wires running up the back of my head to my temples and forehead. I rarely have migraines now! I would highly suggest this procedure for your patients with chronic migraine. Cheers! Jill

I just subscribed, I hope this ain’t a silly question, but what about teeth grinding or grinding the teeth, which I do a lot anything to do with headaches. Also, I’m not good at writing so forgive me on that please?

Not a silly question at all! Definitely, teeth grinding is a sign of chronic low-grade muscle stress... download my free eBool "The Stress Detector" here: migrainereliefcode.com/stress-detector

So I’ve always been told (20 years of migraines) that it can be 72 hours for trigger reaction. So because you didn’t get a headache “that day” doesn’t seem totally accurate

I think it depends on how you're using the word... yes, if you have a food sensitivity, as opposed to a food allergy, the reaction can be delayed. Many people use the word "trigger" to describe something like a barometric pressure change or a glass of red wine, where you get a migraine within a few hours.

I did the eye test and got neuro-lenses and it did nothing to help my migraines

I do, actually. So I do speak from experience, from my heart. But it is true that migraines aren't the same for everybody, so your experience and mine could be different.
