Professional bodybuilder. Came out of a 10 month caloric deficit (preparing for a competition) of very low fat, very high stress and broke down my gallbladder. Incredible pain, inflammation, all that good stuff. Was told repeatedly by doctors that I had but to dice out my gallbladder, because there was nothing I could do. All medical literature touts surgery as the treatment for sludge, even though my gallbladder works, it was just sludged up. I threw different supplements, medication and stimuli at it for 5 months, some of which helped greatly, until I found your channel, and BOOM- nearly overnight my gallbladder pain has eased up entirely. I just needed to get my bile flowing properly again. Used Beet Flow, used Tudca (on an empty stomach, as you point out), got validation on yes, stress actually does cause GI/digestion issues, so I focused on reducing stress. I’m now eating whatever again I want with 90%+ no issues. For now, thanks to all your help and advice, my gallbladder is running again, no pain, and I can avoid dicing it out. I don’t know if these methods will last forever, or can just be repeated indefinitely, but thank you, so much. THANK YOU.

The one and only reason a gallbladder was invented was to digest fat! I’m 61 and suffered for decades with biliary issues, listened to the old “ eat low fat “ yarn. High saturated fats, warm raw egg yolks, olive oil, intermittent fasting( fasting doesn’t cause gallstones, only makes it more apparent)Chanka piedra herb, Tudca , betaine hcl supplement helped a lot. Thanks for all this spot on advice!

Very low fat Vegan diet, soy, plus stress messed up my gallbladder. I’ve had that numb feeling under my right rib for about two years. Last year had months of very high stress, then suddenly overnight developed a pain in my lower right. Was agony for a few weeks but the pain eased, and now it comes and goes, but I’ve noticed when my gallbladder feels numb I have the pain, so they’re definitely correlated. I’ve just found your channel and I like what I’m watching, so links to any books or videos you have to help will be appreciated. Thanks

Man i've been experiencing discomfort in my gallbladder for many years and idk if fasting caused it but it definitely didn't solve the problem. I was fasting and eating low fat vegan for about 6 years. I could never get to the root cause of why I've been chronically fatigued but since eating more meat/fat and adding more copper into my diet I can say I'm finally on the road to recovery.

You don't explain why the stomach stops producing enough hcl. The reason is due to bile not flowing properly, the body senses that there's not enough bile in the duodenum to neutralise the stomach acid hence reduces the acid production to protect the gut lining.

This guy actually gets it. This all ties into dieting. And eating disorders. But dieting is very popular as we are told the way to lose weight is to eat less food. And this just doesn’t work and has been proven time and time again. Really when you don’t eat enough, you are in a constant catabolic state, your body is stressed which leads to elevated cortisol, and you don’t have the “resources “ you need. I did this to myself along with vegan diet. Smh.

If a damaged liver causes thick bile, will thinning it help return the liver to a healthier state where it will continue to produce thinner bile?
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
I don't really view it like that. A damaged liver might produce less bile and that could thicken up the bile, but I view it as much more common that bile became too thick to flow correctly and then toxins couldn't be removed and now the liver has to do the same job over and over and again and gets overwhelmed. I also view the best way to revive a liver is to help bile thin correctly. There can be other issues that need to be corrected too, like insulin resistance and such, but improving bile flow can really help a liver turn some things around.

You should try the Beet flow by Emprial labs to see if you can fix your bile flow, in lieu of taking TUDCA all the time unless you got issues with cholesterol. (3) Another thing I threw in was stone breaker (Chanca Piedra) to break any suspected stones in there. (4) Coffee enemas (you can use that with the beet flow, go read his guide. (5) Observe your poop, it should be fairly dark brown because the bile is green, mixes with the digested food. I just had a CT scan and one of the many issues is sludge in gallbladder. My history involves having the mini gastric bypass in 2021. I lost 200 pounds and have MAJOR digestive issues. It is not wise for me to explain further! I don't think your followers would appreciate it if I did. Just think the worst-case scenario and that is me!!! I can't live with this problem and would rather die than to continue on this path. One doctor diagnosed me with EPI and this new gastro doctor says that it is highly unlikely I have EPI., hence the CT scan. Anyways, do you have any recommendations on how to tackle this gallbladder issue? I don't think all the reasons you spoke about pertain to my problem. But I could be wrong.

@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Hi @Mary Guliuk, we talk in our free digestion course about how SOME people can use choline. But you MUST look at your body chemistry to learn if you are a person that can use choline. If the wrong person uses choline it can create major health issues, to the point where the body can't use oxygen correctly. So anyone can use Beet Flow, but choline can only be used by some people. You can learn how to look at your body chemistry in our totally free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course and yes, you can make your own coffee suppositories or do coffee enemas, but those only dilate the biliary pathway to help bile flow better. But they don't do anything to thin it out. Let us know how it goes.
@maryguliuk8931
@maryguliuk8931 Жыл бұрын
@@KickItNaturally, thanks for the info! I've watched a ton of your videos and I have a low blood pressure and low breath rate, so sounds like choline is out for me. I have a question about your course. If I go that route, can I access it again later too, or is it like a one time thing? Also, I know I have to give up the grains again. I only eat Sprouted Oatmeal from Costco that I soak even... and basmati rice. Can I still have carbs like potatoes and Squash? Wondering about cramping as I put the carbs back in to help me not loose anymore weight and retain water a bit so I won't pee out my electrolytes/minerals... goodness. My hair was falling out for a bit when I did low carb (obviously I had a mineral deficiency, realize that looking back). Finally getting my hair back, but my skin's all jacked up again. Hmm. I guess my question would also be how fast do you go through beet flow? Like how many bottles? I can do the math, just curious if you know I'll need like 5 bottles a month or something if I'm doing flushes once a week. Heard you say it was a lot of pills or so when you do them... guess I'll rewatch that video. Thanks!!!
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Hi @Mary Gulluk, yeah, if someone has a low breath rate, I would punch them in the face before I recommended taking choline. :) I can't make recommendations of what a person should eat if they're not a client, but when mineral levels are low, using a little more carbs is often helpful. and if there are skin issues, that can be a very strong sign of poor bile flow so it sounds like you might be on the right track. I've never had a client need 5 bottles of Beet Flow in a month. :) Most people take 2-3 per meal, and if someone has a bad bile situation, I like to see them do 1 Beet Flow flush per week, and then the next day, do either a coffee suppository or a coffee enema and then do that combo once a week. That seems to work better than anything. Once bile is moving better, you won't need to do all those flushes. So most people won't go through more than a bottle or two in that first month and they can reduce a lot. but if your minerals are still low, putting some effort into getting those up can help speed up the process as well because then the body isn't making as many stress hormones and thickening up the bile. so be sure to check out this video if you haven't already about how to lift mineral levels: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ql6ZaIN3idR1idk

Staring metformin caused gallbladder acctacks my doctor said it was unrelated, what's your views on this? And is there any links between pcos and sludge. HI @Naima B with chronic constipation, most people have more than one thing going wrong. @Lifewhisperyou Жыл бұрын
Thank you for responding! I couldn't find the video I posted the question on lol. I had my gallbladder removed in 2004. I relate to many of the symptoms you outline for gallbladder sludge, low stomach acid etc. I feel like I have fried my system and I just don't know where to start. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic years ago, b4 the gastric bypass I had in 2005. So I self diagnosed insulin resistance and added it to the list. I was vegan for the last 4 years, but an unhealthy, processed food kinda vegan. I didn't start out that way. I started as a raw vegan for almost a year. This is why I say I'm frying my system. I did a 40 day fast b4 covid- a combo of juice, water and 8 days dry. Most recently I did a 18 day water fast. I came off of it and went from vegan to keto. Chicken broth at first and then soup. I then drank alkaline water, I mean KANGEN from the spigget! Then I watched your video about alkaline water.. I just shook my head. I was constipated for 2 weeks, magnesium wouldn't help. When it finally came out, it was worse than giving birth. I lost 30 pounds between the water fast and the 2 wks leading to it where I prepared by intermittent fasting, one meal a day and it was a salad. I stopped the keto since watching your videos and now I'm just spiraling back out of control. I don't know what to do. I've done everything wrong. Please please please give me a light in the darkness. I really want to conquer my relationship with food. I should mention I'm 7 years sober, I quit smoking and every toxic activity I was addicted to in the past. It all feels like it's (my addictive patterns) all condensed into my relationship with food now but if I can do this, maybe I can do anything. I'm 50 yrs old BTW. I hope that answers everything. BTW also I never ask for help. So if you do the video, thank you from the top and bottom of my heart. And if there is something I can do, you let me know. Did I mention the only way I can lose the weight is by not eating. And it never stays off. Symptoms, skin rashes on legs, food sits in tummy, can't fall asleep right away even when I fast, iron deficiency (usually get infusions since the bypass) I had stopped losing weight on keto even though I had achieved the highest levels (therapeutic). Again thank you.

Also the day your videos popped up on my KZbin, I was meeting with a friend who is also doing keto. We had gone grocery shopping and we act as accountability partners. I was able to support her but she wasn't able to help me. I needed a miracle. And then as I watched you I felt like there was something here for me, but I'd need to decode these messages to fit my personal situation. The piece missing in all this is how my duodenum has been bypassed.

Hi Felicia, I can't give someone specific advice that is not my client. It sounds like you have a lot of things going wrong so just know that you're going to have to do some work to fix these things and it's not going to be just one thing. the bypass will make everything harder, but that doesn't mean you can't do it. but I'm not allowed to dig into all these listed out details for someone who is not a client. I can only point you in the right direction on general questions. I'm working on that video, so hopefully that will give you some insights.
