Why oh why isn't anybody here getting that this comment was more a rhetorical statement quoting the science-fiction series 'Star Trek' There needn't be banter nor discord and the like. Plus the cosmos or heavens beyond do not require something like a starship like we use vehicles or cars down here on the earth. They cross planes (realms) not traverse because of quantum portal entry and exit requirements aren't scaled in distance, but rather states of inserting points and calculating entry in specified timeline markers or determination causalities.

The reason I'm not religious is that none of them invite question, you're expected to accept absurd concepts as an act of pure faith. I can't do that and I had innumerable questions for my Teachers and Vicars as a child. Folding One Curtain: One of these 11 curtains was to be folded in half. When you fold a curtain that is 30 cubits long in half, it becomes 15 cubits long. Adjusting the Total Length: After folding one curtain in half, the total length of all curtains would be 330 cubits (from all 11 curtains) minus 15 cubits (from the folded curtain). So, the adjusted length is 330 - 15 = 315 cubits. Extra Length at Both Ends: The same folded curtain is supposed to have half a cubit of material hanging off at both ends of the Tabernacle. Since there are two ends, that adds up to 2 x 0.5 = 1 cubit. Final Calculation: To find the final length, subtract this extra 1 cubit from the adjusted length of 315 cubits. This gives 315 - 1 = 314 cubits. This was discovered by a Christian engineer from Wisconsin in 2015. Geometry π people will see this as dome shaped. There are similar stories throughout almost all ancient religions and things that our ancestors seems to agree on: gods with human traits that were cruel rulers and interbred with humans. A flood at some point. People were taken frequently and given messages. It's all consistent. If we assume that there were elevated beings that created and/or interfered with us, it makes sense why misogyny would also be written into it because controlling how people feel about women controls how we feel about birth and can be manipulated at various points to control population.

I have wondered if the pillars of cloud might be smoke from an engine, ditto at night when the flames could be seen. I remember a scripture where when Jesus returned after his death, that he arrived on a flat chariot from the heavens which produced much smoke. If you don’t you can explain why to the Living God on the day of Judgement - Revelation ch 20v11-15. For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God - Romans ch 3v23. This applies whether you are a good person or not. The pillar of cloud and fire were for the Israelites to see where the Living God was leading them and were what they were. When the children of Israel were at the Red Sea the pillar of cloud went behind the Israelites to keep the Egyptians from attacking them - Exodus ch 14v19+20.
