I don't even think that's a guy thing exclusively. A lot of people I know, myself included, will just assume we're being pranked if someone is being openly friendly or flirty. It's so hard to trust anything, especially if you were already insecure. Until I found my partner I'd just assume there was a kid with a camera nearby.

4:27 - For anyone having this problem, get a paperclip or a staple and gently poke around inside the phone's charging port. When this happened to me, it was insane just how much lint had gotten packed in there that was preventing the cable from going in all the way. After cleaning it out, the cable would click in like it was brand-new and it worked without issues for the rest of the time I had that phone.

mine never got lint, it would turn out to be the charging cable being shot to hell from my dad ALWAYS putting things like, the twelve pound hammer on top of the cord, or the motorcycle gas tank, or the damned fifty pound box of parts he got and never used... or just him dropping a damn hammer onto the countertop and yelling about how I didn't know how to fix the MANUAL gear shift alignment on my truck when my truck is automatic... things like that...

10:10 Yeah, intrusive thoughts are weird. I live in middle-of-nowhere, Greenland and we don't have automatic water and gas lines. So my parttime job is getting water and gas to some of the elderlies. As far as the looking intimidating, dude who smacked me is about to get smacked if he doesn't apologize. The catcalling part is something I honestly can't do, I can try, but my whistling sounds like small birds. It'll have you looking everywhere for the birds until you see me whistling 😂. And I can only whistle through the gap in my 2 front top teeth, I've tried whistling like other people, but only sounds like I'm trying to blow out candles. Though if I stop whistling before someone looks directly at my face, nobody figures it out and think they're going crazy 🤣. In general though, I do often get told that I look like I'm gonna murder someone 24/7 and it's honestly just my neutral or zero effs given face, well most of my emotions look exactly the same as my neutral face. You really have to have an eye for spotting tiny details to notice my various emotions

Part of the reason why my face looks intimidating is a mix of genetics and society, growing up with teachers, strangers, and even my own dad. Telling me "men shouldn't have emotions", "men shouldn't smile", and "men shouldn't cry". Do I wish I could change my face? Honestly, no. I wear my face like a badge of honor. Plus it hasn't prevented me from dating, women like that I'm kinder than I appear
