She bought a house on Miami Beach back in the day for only $50,000...was sometime in the 80's. I would like a house with an acre or two and no HOA. Ocala seems like a good spot. With what I sell for here, I could buy a house cash and still have money left over. Was just wondering if I could keep my taxes at what I'm paying now with portability like my friend did since its a different county in Florida.
