I think Ford used the AC to cool the intake many years back. Possibly in the Lightning truck.

Nope, they tried it with the 2013 prototype GT500 and decided against it. It was not offered on the Lightning.

I wonder why they didn't support E85 and ethanol fuel, both of which are also available for street use. Flex-fuel vehicles are common...
