Your rent situation is a lot like our own. Our landloard raised our rent on us 4xs in one year. Which we found out that he was only supposed to do that once a year. And he had us pay HIS water bill once on top of our rent the same day so when we try to save any kind of money it's like he knows about it amd finds any little thing to take extra money from us every time. We'd really love to move but can't.

As much as landlords talk about how hard it is being a landlord it never takes away that there landlords out there that do shit like that because that's straight up thievery and an abuse of power, he knows by him doing all of that he can keep people there and still steal all their money and have them pay his bills and making their lives miserably like an evil overlord, which kinda gives another face to the term landlord

11:55 I literally had the same hairstyle two years ago half black, half red and I kept it up for about two years before I decided just a dye it all black. So until it grows out the texture of your hair is not going to be fixed and even if you died all black part of the black will eventually fall out so you’ll have half black half brown and then growth. So you’re gonna have to keep up the black just as much as you’re keeping up the red in order for your hair not to look terrible like mine. Also, I felt the same way about you and my hair is black and red and so I tailored my wardrobe to it and then I got a purple amethyst engagement ring (the Ursula ring) and that’s why I dyed my hair all the way but I regret it I wish I had kept the split dye.

Is rent going up every lease renewal not normal? I am in America and that’s usually the norm. Typically if you sign a longer lease the less it goes up. But mine is usually 70-90 dollars a month when I do a one year lease.

Maybe in some places, but in the 12+ years I’ve been renting I’ve only had it happen once It seems crazy to me that it’s considered the norm, not everyone’s salary increases every year so it’s insane that rent should. It’s not sustainable.

Omg... my black girl Jules, catapulted herself across my living room and THROUGH the screen of my window one day, seemingly out of the blue. She had to run over me to do so!! I freaked out, ran outside and the silly girl was just frozen in panic staring at another cat! The second cat took off, I immediately scooped her up and thoroughly chastised her. 😂 Had to get a new screen as she bent the thing to hell and back. Not to worry, she was perfectly fine and acted as if nothing happened at all. Meanwhile I thought I was going to pass out from stress lol. Needless to say she doesn't play nicely with others. Glad to hear Sebastian is well! He's a sweetheart.

I think I just express my emotions differently. My life has made me somewhat... jaded, so it often seems like I have no emotions at all. However, I'm a firm believer in open and honest communication in which there is no hinting, sugar-coating, or deceptive words. As a Libra, I do my best to see both sides of every situation without pointing fingers or playing the victim. 🙂
