Dunno if anybody else answered, but an "Honor Farm" is a work release program. It's like a half step between jail and probation -- like super probation. Deal is that if you got a family to support or summat you can keep your own car and go to work and shit, but you're not allowed to go home. You go to work and then go back to the facility and sleep in a cell and shower/shit with a bunch of other motherfuckers like it's county lockup. My dad had that deal when I was a kid, but they called it the "Work Furlough".
