Oats means jaiii And barley means joo They are from same family but slighlty difference. Barley contains gluten but oats doesn't. So for the people who have gluten allergy oats will be the better option to take

Dear Dr I am hussain 58 year old I am on very low carb and high fat I am eating a lot of red beef eggs paneer lamb and nuts My sugar came down from 8 to 5.6 And still going down I feel very energetic I don’t get tired I still work 12 hours a day 7 day a week But you said eat meat only a few times a week but I am having meat almost every day My triglyceride gone down bad chelstrol gin down but total gone up At this age I am not taking any medicine except supplements Do think I am doing some thing bad to my health

Sir! I m diabetic. Secondly, my back bone cartridges at neck and tail are damaged. So orthopaedic surgeon says I should pray on chair, don't pick heavy things and many other precautions. I can't walk bcz of sever pain in hip joints and neck and shoulders. My question is how to control diabetes with long walk and other exercises
