The information u give r v helpful , I lost my weight about 12 kg during 6 months ,I was diagnosed diabetes, I did not use even a single tablet to reduce the sugar level but I have been listening ur video and changed my food as u discribed ,,,as a result , my BP ok now my cholesterol ok my heart burning gone I do not take any medicine any more , Alhamdulillah I can walk v well for one or one and half hour , I fell healthy , mentally and physically ,,,,,,,ay ALLAH shower his rehmat on u and ur family ,Ameen ,,u r doing good job , serving humanity , helping people ,,,,Allah swt will give u award inshaAllah ,Ameen inshaAllah Ameen ,

Nدلیہ بنانے کا طریقہ۔ میں ایک عرصہ سے دکیہ استعمال کر رہا ہوں جو فائدے آپ نے بتایے ہیں وہ سب سچ ہیں بہترین بنانے کا طریقہ ہے کہ آپ دلیہ آدھا کپ دو گلاس پانی میں رات کو بھیگو صبع اسی پانی میں دلیہ میڈ یم آگ پر پکایں اور ہلتے رہیں پانی خسک ہونے لگے اور دلیہ گاڑا ہونے لگے تو ایک گلاس دودھ ڈال دیں اور اچھی طرع پکایں گاڑہ ہونے پر اتار لیں اور حسب منشا کوئ بھی ڈرائ فرٹ ڈال کر کھالیں
