Now level trash talking (or friendly banter) if he’s wearing one green item, and step it up a level for each additional item. Grove Street Families is inactive by the time of the events of GTAV. Franklin is a member of the Chamberlain Gangster Families set. Lamar and Franklin started their own subset within the CGF set called Forum Drive Families. Which Lamar became the leader of because Frank said f the streets.

In gta sa when you arrive at grove street the first house to the right is Ryders. And then the third house from the right is CJ's house. The NPC are waiting for the next player action so the AI knows how to respond next. If you keep standing there, then they get more aggressive and insult you. I don't see the problem really. Even in real life, if someone tells you hello and then just stands there doing nothing, what would you do?

I mean it's a 10yr old game that came out on the ps3. It's the most demanding game for a ps3. GTAIV released on the same consoles. NPCs were never going to be next level given how big this game was for the time and what engine they were working with. Way more characters walking around that all have sound bites. RDR2 shows they're ready to actually have expressive NPCs in their games without having to sacrafice as much.
