I got 221g has been 8 months now every email I sent they answer same answers copy and paste exactly the same and no even one step from first day of interview 21/12 no even step So did they inform you or they just answer same answers

Hi, thanks a lot for your awesome videos, I have a question and I would be grateful if you could provide me with your advice, actually last week my F1 Visa application was sent for administrative processing, and they have asked me for submitting some documents including my offer letter, the letter which shows my funding source, Actually I have been admitted to a fully funded PhD program through offering RA, but because of not meeting minimum language score requirements needed for TA, I wasn't eligible for TA, and this is mentioned in my offer letter, in my offer letter they said I am not eligible to be TA until I submit sufficient language score, Do you think this issue could have a bad effect on my application? My finace’s case was refused. however, my fiance has not been interviewed yet. Our visa application was previously expired, but after our lawyer submitted our request for reinstatement, this is what we received online. There is no official letter from the Us embassy yet. Would this mean that the case is under review? They have not requested any documents from us again.

After my interview the CO said they need a joint sponsor documents on my case and put me on AP. A week later we submitted all the joins sponsor documents they requested through the DHL Dropbox.. I want to know if my case is a good sign or not..

My wife had her interview and she was 221g. They requested additional documents and she has sent it. Upon checking the status it says consular has adjudicated and refused the visa application. 221g the consulate requested only 2 additional documents and it has been sent already. What do we do now?

22 June 2021 me and my wife have interview for B2 visa. The visa officer returned the all passport with a pink paper and said that you and your children visa have approved but your wife is in the administrative processing Waite until the next email.

My visa was approved at that instance, passport was kept for visa stamping, to be received in 10 working days. Even at CAEC it's still approved and in final processing, but according to NIV enquiry it's refused under 221g. What's happening it's more than 4months now

Hey I attended my interveiw and the visa officer kept my passport abd told my visa was approved. Hi! Can I share my case. What would be the probable reason why it takes weeks or month to issue a visa after a embassy interview? There was no 221g given and seems everthing is okay.

Laz banua Now a days embassy is under staff due to covid, the documents took week now taking double and so on... Also embassy will prepare your visa package and stamp your visa on passport then visa dilivery so it's take week or upto 3 weeks........ But just count the working days don't count Sunday and Saturday...

@@shorookasmar8323 the embassy is under staff due to covid, so the process taking longer than normal, check your ceac visa tracker status and see what is your status "READY or ISSUED or A. P" Check it if it's turn to issue its means your passport is ready to pick up

It means they will send you an official letter with an explanation or instructions through email. Wait for that email.

I'm Iranian gay in Turkey seeking asylum . My case was sent to US for resettlement in 2016. In 2019 I had my USCIS interview Once in 2022 they callede and said that you are accepted ! Yet again they are now telling me that your case is once more pending administrative action! They don't provide me with any information! All they are telling me is just wait . I'm very depreseed for the way they are misbehaving with me. Specially when they know that I'm living a very hard life here in Turkey How on earth can they once accept me and again tell me that you are again pending administrative action!? It's just insane !

It will be accepted. Everybody understands, it is just a copy. You will be requested to show the original document during the interview.
