I love how logical and practical Buddhism is, it really teaches you to slow down and think about things before working yourself up about something or repressing things. You feel, you evaluate, you conclude, you carry on. I’m happy I finally found a practice that is beneficial not only for me but for others around me. Thank you for making these videos to teach us.

I found him. The connection we have goes beyond words, a glance, a touch, we're able to "connect" on a spiritual level. Sometimes we pop on each others minds and we get a call seconds later. It's like we communicate before the incoming call. This man is so intune with his emotions, is able to fulfill all my needs. We're about to celebrate 19 years of marriage.

I never thought that Rinpoche will deliver this kind of topic, but it's kinda insightful really; not forcing anything and accept imperfection with a light heart. Thankyou for this 🙏

What a great smile can do in this world ! Only wise know after a full life of dedication .. a profound meaning that beyond words yet embodies a full time life experience feeling ! This is the Smile You Can SEE in movies or theaters when the character a legend who he/she story was told from birth he/she, till the end of existence, thus before death smiles that way (with all the experiences has been through it is now time to leave this world knowing what it is exactly and what has to be done, bringing deep joy calm and peace for others ultimate goal), smiling the way with that meaning very special very powerful very profound ! Inspiring smile mysterious in some aspects, smile is an amazing capacity, a vast and open power!

Friend Rinpoche! I did not know where to ask you some questions, so I'm doing it here: Can you make a video explaning about the significance of each color on your robes? Why these colors are used? There are colors for each hierarchic grade in Tibetan Buddhism? There are special significance for the rainbow colors? P.S.: I've called you 'Friend', because is that what I feel coming from your words. Learning how to meditate. Thank you, God bless!

I think most of it if not all is just self improvement and self awaneess. 99 percent of it. Work on your body and what you can control. On your conversation skills. The other part is just stepping outside of your house and into a bar or third place. Now if you live in a very small town or a city where everyone works most of their life that’s another story. It’s hard finding people who just aren’t there.

Well, of course the more expectations the more problems, imagine having "no expectations" going into surgery, we know how that's gonna end. The higher your expectations, the more you gotta learn skills and overcome obstacles. I heard this "expectation" thing among spiritual people and i think they mean it's a bad thing, and I hate that idea. I'd like to hear your opinion on it and why

Western women expect perfection when they are FAR from perfect themselves. Their sense of entitlement is extraordinary.

I want to emphasize "eachother" as for some this video may be used as an excuse to give more of themselves to someone who does not care about working on the relationship with you. You can "accept that". But what that really means is that it is time to move on from the relationship. Im projecting because i used to be that person.

I understand this in a way that we should accept people for who they are in the moment we meet, not for who they remain to be. I saw that with my closest friends to this day: we grew spiritually and emotionally together throughout years, we fought, we reconciled, but we were changing. And people who didn't - I just tossed them aside. I will not allow in my life people, who want to remain who they are, when they don't want to change bad habits.

*"LIFE The Real Self" is Neither the human body nor the human spirit !* Ref. Quote; we can learn to appreciate the good qualities in ourselves and others while also holding space for mistakes and challenges. Doing so allows for healthier and longer-lasting relationships... End Quote... *Why do many referring to ourselves and others are referring to the human species, when the human Anatomy is NOT "AWARE" of anything ??? Only "AWARENESS" can be "AWARE" of anything ! Discover and Understand The DIFFERENCE, between the human body, and "LIFE The Real Self" an Offspring, and Child of "The LIGHT", "The LIFE of GOD"...*

Acceptance is a two way street. I found it impossible to love someone who liked me because he was abusive. Then the other fellow who liked me, I had no interest in. Then the next fellow had no interest in commitment to me, he was waiting for what might be around the next corner. I was a filler or place holder for him. Meanwhile I had to make a living, get an education...... I've been the friend, the successful matchmaker, for others, the girl who is easy to talk to and why cant my girlfriend be like you (the dreaded friend zone). I was good friends with a gay guy who frankly said I was a great person but the wrong sex. He said he wanted to marry me if only I was a guy. Sweet but kind of a moot point. At one of my jobs I was the shoulder to cry on for a trans transitioning who was a sad and lonely soul. But in all that, I never got to say yes to the dress and get the picket fence dream. No 2.5 kids, no hubby in my corner, no shoulder for me to cry on. Women friends are fickle and unreliable. Relatives are mercurial, controlling, judgemental, and unreliable. And now I'm too old and have lost all my youth, looks, and marketability. Guys still think I'm good to talk to, but they don't even want to meet for coffee, dinner, or a movie. So I end up feeling used. I'm just on the conveyor belt of time moving through the warehouse of life to eventually be shipped out. Destination: unknown.
