i know i am 10 months late under this video but i wanted to mention sumn. for second point (copy), i'd definitely recommend a book called "steal like an artist by austin kleon". simply speaking, in it the author tells us how copying/stealing can help us skillup and various ways you can utilize it in any medium of art that you are delivering to the world. there's also a second part of the book called "show your work" but i've to yet read it.

this is truly beautiful man, i really appreciate and enjoy the way you phrase and compare things with almost philosophical meanings, i started as a producer and didn’t have any intentions on learning how to rap, just make beats that myself and the people around me could enjoy, but after J. Cole dropped the Off-season he inspired to want to actually express the things i think and contemplate on a daily basis and your videos (along with already knowing how to produce my own beats) have really helped the process and made what seemed impossible at first, very understandable and now i truly feel like i can do it. Thank you man, keep up the amazing work.
