I slice whatever cheese I want (gouda, cheddar, pepper jack, etc) lay it out on a flat cast iron griddle, turn to medium heat and in 5 minutes it's spread all over the pan and is perfect crunchiness (for me), top it with my filling of choice - use a spatula to roll it up, plate and eat! So easy and I don't have to hunt down the cheese wraps and overpay for a slice of cheese. Also, I'd buy the wraps and then forget about them only to find them in the back of the fridge all moldy :( Love your content, I share your channel almost daily with anyone interested in eating clean. You can make your own egglife wraps using egg whites and a little beef gelatin. They're surprisingly easy to make. Indigo Nili's channel has a couple of recipes on this. I've made them using liquid egg whites and also using egg white powder. Both ways are good. You can add seasonings for those who can tolerate pretty well. Make them sweet or savory. It's like a crepe but a little different since you're using the gelatin to change the texture a bit and using egg whites only so they don't taste eggy. You can also cut, or use a pizza slicer, to make them into carnivore noodles. Seriously. Or cut into lasagna squares for a Carnivore style lasagna- Or fry them up crispy in your cast iron and top with salt for a crunchy snack. For those doing keto and not carnivore, you can get even more uses out of them. (I fell in love with them when doing an egg fast)- Plus, it saves money in long run to make them. Just costs a bit more initially to buy your choice of egg white liquid or powder, and the healthy beef gelatin (can use Knox in a pinch though). Hope this helps someone in their journey!

BTW, if you see this, when you get oil or butter on your clothing, any dishwashing soap rubbed in with a little water before putting it in the washing machine will take it out. Dawn does work the best. But, seriously, it has saved my clothes perfectly over the years. Just put some soap over the spot. Then put water over the spot and scrub it fairly well, 10 seconds or so and then throw it in the washing machine. If for some reason it doesn't all come out, rare...repeat as above. it will be good as new. Dawn or Joy cuts the grease!

Crispy chicken in the oven, 450, 45-50 minutes I'm high elevation so it takes this long. Before putting in the oven, top with bacon grease and smooth over the chicken with the back of the spoon then salt. This chicken thigh cooking always comes out super crispy and I top after cooking with a mexican powder I make that has garlic salt, onion powder, chili powder and cumin, gives amazing flavor. Basically 1T of each and then adjust based on taste, I love more cumin and garlic powder. To be thrifty, I save all of our pork and bacon grease in a jar and use to cook everything, when I have pork belly I put in a jar in the fridge.

Put dish soap and sprinkle baking soda over the oil stains on your shirt if the stains have dried. The other thing to do is as soon as the oil stain appears and while it is still wet put talcum power on it. The oil soaked up the oil and it comes out easily in the wash. This is what I do and it works every time.

Hey Laura, I was in the tanning business and certified as well. If you're combining a workout/sauna and tanning in the same day, you will see much better results if you sauna first and then tan. Opening up your pores at the gym and then laying in the tanning bed will absorb the uv rays and Vitamin D so much more efficiently. UV exposure takes several hours to absorb into our bodies. I would also hold off on showering right away as well. You will see much better results. I ran the local business here in Phoenix called Tangible Tanning that used to be on 7th Street and Highland now called Tangible Wellness on 16th St & Bethany Home. 😊

@2bbossfree Жыл бұрын
@@ThisIsNotMyHome There is some evidence that the younger you start children on healthy food the more healthy they will eat as adults. If you do a couple weeks of no carbs, they will feel sick when they eat sugar laden foods, thus proving the point that they are not good for them. They won't have the same attraction to sugar as we do. Also, removing all seed oils at home is doable and a big health benefit. Cook in lard, tallow or butter. If they are in sports, track how they do in their sport, perhaps their speed when the race now eating what they are eating now....on the SAD diet. Let them eat that candy and cake for a few days. In fact, buy it and let them binge. Then strict carnivore or even keto for at least 3 weeks and try that test again. If they are serious about their sport, they won't go back and if they they do, after 3 weeks of STRICT keto/carnivore the carbs will make them feel lethargic and nauseous. Bring this to their attention. You want to do the SAD diet first, because that is probably what they are eating if they aren not being careful.

We wouldn't be here now if our bodies were that maladapted.

I have heard that Dawn detergent to so good at getting out grease stains. Use a bit of that on your shirt. They use Dawn to break down oil spills on an industrial level. It's great stuff!

So many products available in America for people who want to go keto or carnivore. Y'all are lucky. Not so much in most other countries.

Planning on going carnivore in the next week or two as soon as I get my shopping done and I have to move so it's going to be a crazy month but I subscribed to your channel because I like watching how you make your meals. That's the one thing that I worry about is that I'm going to be bored with my food or not being properly prepared or tasty so always looking to catch new recipes.

A couple drops of Dawn dish soap smeared into a grease stain before putting it into the wash almost always gets them out, in my experience. Food looked great!

Hi. I've been carnivore for 6 weeks. I try to go OMAD, but usually during the week I will have a small evening meal. I'm type 2 diabetic. I still find my blood sugar levels are elevated, even though I eat almost zero carbs. The carbs I consume come mainly from dairy. Milk particularly. I did crash yesterday. It is Easter weekend, and I love hot cross buns, so I bought some. Wow. Didn't my sugar levels hit a high. 29. Normal is near 7. Also I felt 'wierd'. Gonna stay off carbs as best as I can, at least until I have this diabetes under control. Not on any meds, and have dropped from 81 to 76 kg. I'm a 61 yo guy. It's been an interesting trip so far. Actually my food bill has dropped. Probably spending around NZ$7.50 per day. Wish me luck.

The lactose in the milk can be problematic for type 2 diabetic people. Very possible that that made you crash!

Milk is full of sugar in lactose, it is not keto/carnivore, some people can get away drinking it immidiatley after strenuos exercise, it goes straight into the muscle.
