So much of what you're saying resonates with me! I feel so guilty on days when I don't train. And training at night ALWAYS runs into dinnertime so I feel like I'm rushing at 8 PM to get something to eat. One of the many reasons I've recently decided to just start training in the morning instead of the evenings. That way, I get my training over and done with first thing in the morning, and I can enjoy my evenings once again.

It's definitely a nice breather when I can train in the morning or afternoon and have the evening free!

Hahah "eat your freaking banana" love it! I think it's important to stay sensible with food and not obsess about it too much. Also, I am totally making a French toast for my breakfast today!
