LOVE that you eat a realistic amount of food and make sure you get all your macros/micros in! I see so many people undereating in these videos but you're realistic about real, wholesome foods and small meals every few hours (which is how i eat too) and its so refreshing! Love these videos ive watched every single one! I just came up with the best video idea for you! I think haha. I love how you promote a healthy balanced diet so what if you do a video focusing on how to build a balanced meal? The food groups, what to include in a meal and how much of each. It would be a good formula to apply to everyday eating to make sure you're covering everything you need in your diet!

Hiii!! I have been strugglin with loosing weight for years now. Now I have been diagnosed with a series of health issues that need for me to loose weight. I have been trying to go healthy low carb and add vegetarian/vegan dishes as well since I read that It helps to balance hormones and promote women's health. Hi Becca! You may have answered this question before in another video and I just can't remember. What is your opinion of how much natural sugar is too much? I use MyFitnessPal and it measures your daily sugar intake. I seem to always go over on sugar but most of it is from natural sources like fruit or dairy. What is too much of natural sugar? I don't want to disregard it if I'm having too much, but I also don't wanna stress over it because it is from healthy sources. I'd appreciate your opinion on this! Thank you!

I've been struggling lately with feeling like I'm eating too much food, and I can't tell if I'm eating more because of boredom or if I'm just being too hard on myself and I really need the "extra" food. I know it's all individual of course, but hearing others' experiences helps me:)!

Next time you're at Trader Joe's you have to pick up their new Everything But the Bagel Seasoning! It's a mix of sesame seeds, dried onion, dried garlic, salt, and poppy seeds. It's soooo good on avocado toast! I bet it would pair really well with chili flakes!

Ahh I hope you love them!! And I know that songs is SO good haha Sam Hunt can do no wrong. As for the salt my thoughts are - salt is salt. No matter what kind of salt it is, it's still sodium chloride at the end of the day. Pink salt's claim to fame is that it contains a lot of trace minerals, which is great, but the amounts are so small and salt is such a small percentage of our daily intake that they just become negligible. Also, there has never actually been any research done to show if replacing pink salt with table salt has any benefits, it's all just speculation or anecdotal pretty much. Here's an interesting article by Harriet Hall (sciencebasedmedicine.org/pass-the-salt-but-not-that-pink-himalayan-stuff/) if you want dive a little deeper! xx

Isn't it better if you use coconut or Sesame oil for roasting your veggies since they have a higher smoke point meaning they're less likely to breakdown and denature than olive oil?

Try broiling your veggies for 2-3 minutes after they're done cooking! Makes the so crispy 👌🏻

Thanks Rachael! And that's a great question haha this is actually our first time using this brand, so far so good! It's a little chewable so Rosie had no problem eating it which is nice. It was one of the higher recommended ones so that's why I went with it. My parents always use the gel kind (that you put on the back of their neck, they don't ingest it) and they always had good experiences with that, if that helps!

Love these videos! How long does poor Rosie have to wear that cone?? lol. When I make a smoothie, my dog is always there for some morsels of fruit or veggies. Loves bananas and apples (I remove the peel for her so it doesn't get stuck in her teeth).

Haha 14 days!! Poor girl. We're getting close to the finish line though. And that's so funny - Rosie does the SAME thing. Whenever Matt makes a protein shake he adds peanut butter & lets Rosie lick the spoon. So whenever she sees the blender come out she sits & waits patiently hoping for some PB hahaha

How long do you keep your homemade almond milk in the fridge for? Mine separated after a few days which freaked me out so I threw it out.

Separation is normal (as I mentioned in the video) store bought almond milks have additives to keep it from doing so. It should be good for about 4 days!

Becca, i've just discovered your channel and i love it! But i am now feeling bad about the amount of food I ate. I couldnt eat as little as you. I know this is not the intention of your videos but i just coudnt help. I noticed that you've eat about 3 times a day!! i am panicking here lol (desperate laugh)

Maybe this is a silly question I just am wondering why you only eat half an apple with breakfast and then eat a processed apple in your bar? if you didn't waste half the apple you probably wouldn't need to top off with a snack right before the gym?

I didn't waste the other half of the apple, if I only eat half at a time I will always save the other half for later. And the bar I ate isn't processed at all - it's literally just 2 dried fruits chopped up & pressed together into a bar. I don't like eating whole fruit before the gym, it doesn't sit well in my stomach..dried fruit on the other hand doesn't affect me. Which is why I ate the bar
