Whenever I feel like I'm slipping into diet mentality, I watch your videos on intuitive eating and what you eat in a day and it reminds me what's true!
@Brit311837 жыл бұрын
I love the way you explained your thought process behind exercising. Not putting pressure on yourself, doing what you feel like doing that day, working out because it makes you feel good rather than being punishment....It’s so refreshing to hear another person explain it the way I feel. I often am hard on myself simply because I don’t feel like totally busting my butt at the gym some days. I need to remember this...thank you!
@kirbyoberlander83587 жыл бұрын
The fact that you specifically said that you don't cut anything out and that you're an intuitive eater makes me SO happy! Sometimes I always question if I should be cutting out dairy or meat, etc. But then I watch your videos and it makes me feel at ease again! so thank you! :)

Good for you! Dieting is associated with an increased rate of cravings, binges and weight gain plus it steals your life away from you! #allfoodsfit

I love that you keep it real and show yourself indulging as well as creating recipes that aren't too intimidating! Sometimes I feel like food vloggers show meals that really complex, or use a lot of specific ingredients that I don't feel like I could replicate! You show that eating healthy doesn't need to be complicated!

Just discovered you within the past week and I just have to say I LOVE your channel! Love that you’re a RD, that was one of the fields I considered getting in to when I first started college. Your recipes are so simple yet look so yum and are totes healthy! Safe to say I’ve watch a ton of your videos and have saved pretty much every recipe I’ve come across since I discovered you. Content is on point!

I just found your Channel on KZbin the other day and am so glad I did! It’s so refreshing to know you don’t cut anything out from their diet, especially a Registered Dietician. I believe in a well balanced diet. It just seems like everyone is Vegan now a days! That soup looks delicious 😄 and am loving your Channel so far!!!

Hey Becca! Loved the video, and that tortellini soup recipe looked awesome! Would you ever consider including time stamps in your upcoming 'what I eat' videos just so us viewers can see a progression of your day?? Hope you had a great thanksgiving!!

Hi Becca, I really enjoy your channel and Instagram. I wanted to suggest using wooden cooking spoons/spatulas. I know you're moving toward chemical free, which I try to do myself. Once I was stirring hot soup in a pot with my plastic spoon and the spoon started melting into my soup! I've used wood ever since! I also looooooove my wood ladle from world market for soups!

Hi Becca! I️ also love doing yoga but I️ agree I️t gets super expensive! I’m not sure if you have tried classpass? I’ve been using I️t the past couple months and it’s great - depending on the package you choose to buy, you can try 3,5 or 10 studios in your area. You are restricted on how many times you can visit each studio, but I’ve been able to find a bunch that I️ really enjoy so I️ rotate between them. I️ find this a really cost effective way to do yoga, so I️ wanted to share! Love your videos 😊

@foodsandthoughts59157 жыл бұрын
Hey I'm a fellow RD here: it's a trend for sure! Just an alternative way to reduce caloric intake. May suit some people's lifestyle but it doesn't look like it's very sustainable for many - there are no long term studies to see what long term effects IF has. I don't recommend people start, we don' t need more food rules honestly. Hope that helps!
@essentiallyE916 жыл бұрын
Foods and Thoughts I know this is an old comment but I can't thank you enough for saying this! I tried intermittent fasting and really screwed my body up. Now I'm at my heaviest and focusing on intuitive eating. The weight is coming off slowly but at least it's coming off 😊.
