John from www.okraw.com shares with you what a successful 20 year long term raw foodist eats in a day when he is home. In this episode you will see each of John's fully raw vegan meals that hopefully will give you some ideas about how to eat a healthy raw plant based diet. John will also share all his recipes with you so you can re-create the exact meals he had in your kitchen. You will see this fully transparent video of all the food that goes into John's mouth when he is at home in this single day. John will also share the different raw foods he can choose from in each meal to give you some flexibility and options with your diet.
After watching this episode, you will have a pretty good idea of what you might want to eat on a raw food diet.

Wow John! This video was incredible! I've learned so much valuable information about eating raw from your video, thank you! There were so many simple tips that I immediately started adapting into my raw food life. You have also inspired and gotten me very excited about growing my own food, your message is working and I love the passion you have for what you do! I would love if you made more "what I eat in a day videos", for sure! I will start watching all of your garden videos to prepare for my food growing adventures. You mentioned a few times about vitamins, minerals, phytonutients and phytochemicals…what are the differences between them all? Thank you so much John, keep spreading your life changing empowering message!!!

Your videos inspire me. I just wish they would inspire my garden LOL! I can't seem to grow much but I keep trying... and watching. I am doing container gardening in City Pickers in Zone 7a/6b . Not too sure what I am doing wrong. It didn't do well last year, so I am trying again this year. Thinking doing one box 1/2 romaine and 1/2 spinace and the other 1/2 carrots and 1/2 beets. Then I will try I separate container for tomoatoes and a window box for cukes and another window box for beans trellised (these actually did do well).

Oh wow, as always, if I fed my family this, I would have to buy a TON of stuff, I try to grow as much as we can here in the UK in our tiny garden, but mostly I have to buy stuff, and this would cost me a fortune! organic is so expensive here, and we don't have organic markets local. but I do my best, I am in the process of helping my husband and the kids go vegan, so far so good, although my son (15) is not sure he can do it, but I am a good cook, and I have so many channels on here that I follow for good recipes, much love, and keep on sharing xx

How important do you think those superfoods and probiotics are for daily consumption? I'm curious because many in the whole foods community don't believe in such things. VeganGaymer I raise my own livestock, I take the roosters to a sanctuary where they live with other chickens. I'm a vegetarian, so I don't eat meat and my vitamin b12 is fine. My female chickens (hens) are pets and they have plenty of use after they have finished laying, they help make compost for me. Again, no cruelty here.

You are the juicer king. Although you did not juice much in this day of eating I have seen you do a lot of juicing. Arguably you produce the best produce on the planet. When we juice we throw away most of the fiber and hence prebiotics along with the minerals and micro-nutrients in the pulp. For those who do not have ideological objections wouldn't cooking the greens not juicing them yield more phyto-nutrients and prebiotics in our diet?
