I absolutely loved this What I eat in a day video! So many delicious recipes and great meal ideas to try since I've been needing inspiration to change up my meal rotation! I agree with you on simply enjoying healthy eating. After a while it becomes so natural and craving healthy nourishing foods is honestly such a great feeling. Defiantly want to try your nourish bowl you made for dinner. Beautifully done video! :)
