Hii just loved this video,can you please share link for your oil dispenser? And i remember you mostly used to have pasta or sandwiches for lunch,so it's very good that you started sabzi roti for lunch,and i have watched a video about the triphala churan and they said that you should have it with castor oil otherwise it will take out all the stickness from your stomach which leads to ulcers so please ask your doctor about this.

Omg this is similar to the lifestyle I’ve been following since the last one year right down to gilloy and triphala for my nervous disorder!! I’ve also added a neem supplement and cut down on processed stuff 😑The juice is amazing as a nerve stabilizer I hated it initially but now it’s just a part of my routine lol The yellow tea looks interesting I’ll definitely look it up! Hope this works out really well for you and makes your body stronger and fitter! It’s weirdly funny how I’ve found yet another similarity with you lol

Hi.. Just wanted shed some light on diet programs on different body types.. Our body is designed before birth itself.. Whatever our mother had eated during pregnancy when we were in her womb..that is wat we can take in from various diets.. Vegan diet can't be taken by non-veg ppl completely.. In short term we might get some benefits but long run our body cannot tolerant wat is not meant for it.. !!

I was avid reader in school and college. But in my Post graduation, then job, then married life, the reading habit was left behind. More than anything the instant gratification of smartphone content was to be blamed. Few months ago I bought a tablet and eased into reading ebooks with some lighter Indian books. The books that interest me have also changed as I have grown up. Try picking smaller lighter books to read first. Read when you know you will be alone and end up wasting time on Instagram. Read just 5 pages, but finish the book eventually. As you reach the end of the book you will realise how much pleasure the books used to give. I have already read more books this year than in past 5 years. I am wiser, happier and contented because reading a book is very personal. I even share a good thriller story with my husband once I am done reading. Good luck!

There is lohasav syrup in all patanjali store which is iron supplement so u can have that and it will be great if u can have aala powder after this so that vitamin C in amla powder helps in absorption of iron...i have this occasionally so that i have sufficient iron and an added tip is u can mix aala powder with honey so that it tastes yummy and easy to gulp down... Hope this helps😊
