I'm going to try the granola today, but for breakfast I used your hack of how to add vegetables to your oatmeal. I am not one to have vegetables with breakfast and I couldn't believe that cauliflower would blend in so nicely with my oatmeal!!! I added over a cup of riced cauliflower to a half a cup of oatmeal with a cup of blueberries and a banana with a teaspoon of cinnamon! Well, this is my new go to for breakfast! Hah! Found the Granola Recipe. Can't wait to try it. I'm on my weight loss journey. A few more pounds to go - but then after that, I'm making this Granola Recipe and the pancakes recipe where you add in the granola. OMG. Can't wait. I like the stir-fry with Teriyaki. I think I'd prefer to prep veggies and Teriyaki separately. Thickening it in sauce pan by itself; then pour on however much of the Teriyaki I need, over the veggies and rice. Great recipes.
