Nice video Tia! I was wondering when traveling with family, do they eat the same meals as you or are you preparing two separate meals( one for them and one for yourself) I am trying this lifestyle out but my family isn't onboard yet. I have to make 3 separate meals ( hubby, kids, mine) and it gets tiring. Any tips or tricks? I'm welcome to them all 😊

Right. Went to a Mexican place the other day here in my town in Illinois and all I could eat was the chips and salsa with guacamole. They literally did not have a single menu item that was even vegetarian let alone vegan and when I tried asking for modifications was told no. They can’t do it. So wasn’t a very healthy dinner 😢
