These are meals that I make every week, and as a busy mum it's so crucial for me to have food that tastes great, doesn't take long to make or clean up and that helps keep me FULL and satisfied so I can go about my day without fighting hunger.
For so many years I tried to fight hunger only to end up bingeing on the weekends because it got too hard. I felt like a failure until I learnt that you CAN eat to lose weight, without going hungry. Life changing!!

I'm not vegan but I LOVE your recipes! I enjoy meatless meals from time to time and yours always looks so delicious. So many vegan youtubers use ingredients I either can't find, can't really justify prices or wouldn't use enough to make it worth the hunt OR take a cooking skill (and I don't have much in the way of cooking skills)...your recipes are really doable for anyone.

I usually peel the skin of a butternut squash before roasting it but it looks like it just blends right in! Keep the videos coming! Awesome job!!!

Thanks for the great ideas for meals. I’ve been vegan for 9 years and even though I eat a ton of veggies, I also eat a lot of carbs and fats. I’m in my early 40’s now and I’ve noticed my metabolism has slowed greatly. I’ve been wanting to lose weight for quite some time now and your video has inspired me to get a jump start on that. I’m going to binge on your previous videos for more ideas and I look forward to seeing more from you soon! Glad to have found on you from Hannah’s channel.😊

Simple is best. Love the handy idea of buying ready cooked rice. Most of the videos I have watched involve making salad dressing out of nuts. Who has this kind of time? Thank you for these simple meal ideas. PS... you were recommended by Kiki.

Those look so good! I am really obsessed with soups for the fall!! Will have to give this a try. My husband actually just made an Eat More Weigh Less video on my channel too. He made pasta with garlic chickpea bread. We basically eat this way all the time just as our regular diet. And it's really so easy to stick to. Glad to see so many other people doing it too! :)

Hi Chelsea, my Baccarat knife struggles cutting through all the veges!!! And require frequent sharpening. Could be my technique that's wrong, but can you please share a bit about your knife and how you prep it so that it cuts so much veges well?

I used to use Vegeta veggie seasoning, but then I noticed it has MSG, so I stopped using it. Now I use dehydrated veggie powder.

the peel has a lot of nutrients in it. same goes with carrots etc.

In Canada 🇨🇦 we get pre shredded cabbage, carrots 🥕 etc in bags. Most go on for half off at the store, so this cuts down on chopping 🐒

Finally got around to try the butternut pumpkin soup with toppings. I used a different pumpkin because I could not find the butternut. It was sooo good, agree with you that toppings make this extra good 😃Will definitely try more of your recipes 👍

Found you through HCH and I'm loving your channel. You make me want to have butternut squash. For real. I'm not a big fan of it and always have to add heaps of seasoning to it but I am deteremined to lose weight and eat more veg. I actually can't wait to try to the soup. Thanks so much Chelsea ... I've been meaning to ask you about Veg stock. I'm in Australia and it's been very difficult to find ones that don't have oil. I used to use the same Veg Vegeta a lot, but noticed it has oil and msg. They do have another version which is oil free in a green tin but it's hard to find. Also the Massel has oil in it. Have you ever found one we can buy which is oil free? Appreciate all your fabulous recipes, looking forward to seeing more. 🌱💚

Make your own vege stock. It is so easy. Save all your vege off cuts, chuck them in a pot, cover with water, simmer for one hour, done! You can keep it in the fridge or freezer until you need it.

I’m just honestly not bothered. This probably shocks so many people but I really don’t worry about msg. There’s no ACTUAL scientific evidence it’s harmful in any way so I don’t worry, I also don’t worry about the tiny tiny tiny bit of oil. It’s sweating the small stuff in my opinion!!
