It's so nice that you're in a vegan friendly place! And warm too! I wish I was somewhere warm and with so many vegan options! Here it's winter and cold, and all I'm craving (and cooking) is soups, stews, curries and stuff like that. Healthy comfort food. I'm glad that I can see some warm places, as I can imagine myself there :)) BTW, your food always looks delicious!

Hello I want to be vegan because of you but I tried it and I think I gain weight especially in my belly, I think because my diet was high protein and carb low fat and when I ate high carb I felt bloated. I wanna give veganism a second chance but I am afraid. Thank you and I love you 💓💓💓

A high carbohydrate diet is not a weight gaining diet unless you are eating loads of processed foods. If you are eating whole foods (things that come from the earth to your mouth) it is high carbohydrate by default! Bloating can happen, and I did deal with that for 2 years when I went vegan. This doesn't necessarily mean you are gaining weight or gaining fat though. I have a whole video on it on this channel.. check it out!

Hey, you get bloated because of the water ''cause of the amount of carbs (carbs hold water in the body). Your body has to get used to it and it depends personaly - maybe 2 years like Maddie mentioned, maybe 0.5 year, maybe never. BTW I'm not vegan and also I'm high in fat but I know it :). Good luck!
