I've always known about shreddy and i've always thought I should do it but when I saw you were one of the challengers it gave me the push to do it! Hi ! I’m trying to lose body fat but also gain muscle (mainly in my glutes) at the moment and I’m confused what sort of diet I should be doing . Is it still possible to be eating in a calorie deficit to lose but also increasing muscle mass ? Thanks
