I love how honest you are with cooking. I feel like a lot of KZbinrs would only show “perfect” meals, but it’s refreshing to see you describe dressings that don’t immediately work, seaweed tasting “meh,” and textures sometimes being mushy haha. I love cooking but have imperfect meals everyday, and it’s affirming to see how you show plant-based nutrition in a realistic light! 😄

Love the information on nutrition and all the videos about amazing foods. Most of all I love your sauces. I feel they are what keeps each dish new even when it is the sam ingredients list. You keep all your videos clean from bad language and things that are inappropriate in my eyes. I real feel like I am your friend and you respect me as a person even though we have never met. Yes Derek, a bit more cardio ,perhaps weighted, less pasta, pizza, bread, peanut butter, more juices, salads and heathy sups, also smoothies. In the morning I also have water or herbal tea and fresh beetroot ,celery, turmeric and ginger juice before or after exercising and my lungs capacity and muscle force is incredible, also the mind and the thinking are sharper. 2 days x week I work in a tree nursery and I basically train for 8 hours lifting and transporting trees or handling bags of compost, it gives such a great variety if movements a combination of weights and cardio. That purifies me from food and stress and and this happens in a natural environment with flowers and plants! No need of energy bars, only a good gluten free porridge with fruit and creamy smoothie ,following your style ,and fruit and vegetable juice, with some solid fruit, at work to keep me up until my more cooked style dinner at 5:30. It is always motivating see your videos. Claudio

(i sometimes have digestion issues with veges that are hard cold & totally RAW) so i put those kinds of shredded veges into the turned-off instant pot when that luckydipdinner is finished cooking. i fold them thru so they get just a fraction softened and warmed. then when well mixed, i dish up and drizzle the sauce over the lot. YUM.

Beans and lentils will NOT give gas if you add a piece of green papaya with the skin while cooking. I usually remove the seeds and blitz it in the food processor till it resembles coarse salt flakes and freeze it. I even add on top extra for stubborn legumes. It doesn't have any taste and it's a natural enzyme. It has made a world of difference in my consumption and assimilation of beans and legumes. Hope you enjoy your food with no worries anymore :)
