Great idea with the focus on protein. ❤ Is there a chance you can do something similar with iron. Many people and in particular women are more iron deficient than protein deficient.

I really enjoy your content, but I also feel reassured that you have the qualifications behind what you 'preach', if that makes sense?! There are so many 'influencers' out there now that are flogging cook books, or products, fitness programs etc etc, but they don't really have the qualifications and they lack credibility. You have that perfect baance of relatability, but I also feel like I can trust your advice so much xx

Those 'eggs' look delicious! If you topped it with nutritional yeast even more protein! haha I get 50% of my protein by adding heaps of nutritional yeast to everything ! haha

really? chickpeas, beans, tofu? they’re not high in fat, and what concerns you about fat, fat is a healthy part of a balanced diet, helps keep you full too
