We’re people just like you that were struggling. Stressed, depressed, anxious, and trying to just make it through the day. Until we made that one decision that changed our lives by investing in ourselves and pursuing a life that we actually enjoy living.
We were done with the Standard American Diet and ready to regain control of our minds, health, and lives. Back then, we wished that we had support and community. Instead, we had to figure out everything ourselves through trial and error. We developed an intuitive wellness program based on simplicity, structure, and effectiveness to eliminate the guesswork. Through this framework we experienced a tremendous quality of life physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Today we’re sharing this knowledge so you can experience the same life changes. We’ve helped thousands of people simplify their health and reach their goals.

Hey guys! Follow me along for the day in the kitchen as I show you “What I Eat In A Day” on a Keto diet, eating one meal a day (OMAD) while doing intermittent fasting. I’ve been on the keto diet and intermittent fasting protocol over a year now and absolutely love it. I am now currently doing OMAD (one meal a day) and it’s worked really well for me as I show you my before and after transformation photos of the keto diet + OMAD + intermittent fasting combination. My intermittent fasting regiment is a 20:4 which is 20 hours fasted and a 4 hour eating window. However, because now I am doing OMAD (one meal a day) I can eat my one big meal a day in an hour or less usually. Intermittent fasting for as long as I can and getting all my calories/nutrition in within a small window helps keep my insulin low as long as possible which means my body is burning fat during my fasting periods and I have very little spikes of insulin/blood sugar during the day. In this “What I Eat In A Day” video you will see my routine of how I combine what I like to call a the triple threat - the Keto Diet + OMAD + Intermittent Fasting.
Please keep in mind as I've mentioned in my 1st Tippy Tales ( bit.ly/2H08wMW ) I do NOT count calories and macros as I eat intuitively. Also, for those that are concern about the calories in this video, please understand that I am now fat-adapted a.k.a. a fat-burner verses a carb burner. I can go long periods without food, not feel hungry, not snack and get more satisfaction when I do eat. It's such a difference from where I was before. It's a natural process that happens and I am advocate of listening to my body when it comes to my health.

I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. kzbin.infoUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. Thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

@katinkaaa2951

Rossonero993 :D The body produces it’s own cholesterol. Consuming meat, especially in large amounts as such, will rise your cholesterol levels too high as you’re giving your body extra when it already has enough. It’s s like taking excessive amounts of vitamin D supplements when your vitamin D levels are already good (which by the way can cause hypercalcemia, if you didn’t know). It’s not good for the body to have high cholesterol levels as this clogs your arteries and can cause heart disease. There’s not cholesterol in plant foods (that includes sugar). All though sugar (unless fructose and other natural sugars directly found in plants) is not good for you, it is not actually as dangerous as animal fat is, far from it. The number one cause of hearth disease is cholesterol, and the number one source for that is meat and dairy. The fact that you say cholesterol is not dangerous is very worrisome. I have not listened to the sugar industry. I have listened to the countless of studies that have been done for years concluding diets with high cholesterol intake increases risks not only for cardiovascular diseases, but also cancer and diabetes. I highly recommend for you to read “The China study” by T. Colin Campbell😊 Have a nice day, and watch your cholesterol intake!

Animal fat is super healthy , bcs it activates the proces in ur body that body is designed to do, use fat for energy. Why do so many intermittent fasting and keto ppl have such good results.

@guibox3
@guibox3 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, most people are still stuck in the 'cutting calories' and think OMAD is the way to go. If anything the last 40 years has shown us, is that cutting calories too much is a sure way to tank your metabolism and hit a plateau. Steak, a bullet proof coffee with coconut oil, MCT oil and butter, dense cruciferous veggies cooked in butter and some sort of keto baking treat will give you well over 1400 calories. It is easy to get your calories in if you plan it and you don't have to feel like you are eating when you are stuffed.

Another sub! What are you putting for electrolytes in your water? At 1 gal a day of tap water, you might be losing more than what you have in your daily meal. No supplements? A product I like is ConcenTrace Mineral Drops and also Half-Half salt has magnesium & potassium with some iodized sodium. I mix with filtered tap water, adjust to taste, and Sodastream it! Kinda like Perrier water. Carbonizing your own water with Sodastream is cheaper than buying cans. Try "marinating" 1 gal of water with your one tea bag in the fridge overnight, and use that water with Sodastream. With ACV also tastes great. Since you like ginger, use ginger tea. Plus you'll get some electrolytes / rare minerals from the herbs of the tea leaves. Every little bit counts, thinking for the long term.

You look amazing and super healthy, but if I don’t eat much, I get super shaky and lightheaded. Started Keto, felt great and lost weight but then I had to stop because I got pregnant. Then, I had a miscarriage and gave up on healthy food and ate crap so of course I gained some of the weight back. I started again with Keto the other day and I want to try your method. Just wondering if you also drink stuff (like green juice, protein shake) other than the ACV to get a little more nutrition into your diet? Thanks!

How did you get down to 1 meal a day ???
@tippywyatt
@tippywyatt 5 жыл бұрын
Hi Aurora! Great question! It took months. It's all gradual. I really do not suggest you do it to start but work your way to it by starting off with a ketogenic diet then adding in intermittent fasting and OMAD (one meal a day) being the last thing you do. I suggest you work towards it because once you are fat adapted your body will naturally just go to burning your fat stores for energy verses burning carbs and you won't have those cravings for carbs/sugar and you're able to go longer without food and have that long lasting energy. I am not sure if you have seen our Intermittent Fasting video we did together answering questions submitted to us and we touch base on this in the video. I'll link in here if you're interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZ_JoZWNl7SSkKs I hope this helps!

How do you handle social food gatherings and holidays? Do you go to restaurants? or only eat at home?
@tippywyatt
@tippywyatt 5 жыл бұрын
Hi Kaprice! We actually did a 12-week challenge October 1st - Decemeber 31st competiting on who can get the most fit and it was during the holidays and we had family gatherings, work trips, etc. It is doable for sure. You can always find keto friendly foods on any menu we found. It is pretty easy to eat out you just need to know what is within keto compliance and you're gold from there. We have not had an issue with eating out at all. As far as our eating window - that varies when we are with family and social gatherings. We eat normal hours when at these events and come completely fasted to the event and break our fast then. We absolutely LOVE to cook our foods though because we just love to cook and we can also control what goes into it. Hope this helps answer your questions.

As a med student I’m CRINGING at the advice given. PPI’s will neutralize the stomach acid but they’re only prescribed of your producing too much, say because of an H pylori infection. Ulcers develop from extremely acid conditions and PPI’s prevent that. If ulcers perforate -> you go in refrigerator. That’s an exaggeration but stop with the medical advice.

True Dreams, altering a biochemical reaction via natural or synthetic methods will always have side effect. It’s the same chemical pathway, but with medicine the dosage is regulated and the side effects are known. Natural remedies are simply controlled when it comes to medicine. Aspirin comes from willow bark, digoxin comes from foxglove, morphine comes from the opium poppy, penicillin came from a fungus. Each of these pathways is studied with more detail than you could fathom. You don’t even know how much you don’t know.

The Liar of course I don’t know much of physics I just know they destroyed what was left of my health instead of healing so what’s the purpose of saying to a patient to only take a pill when they are feeling pain and not going deep to the cause why that happened?! Looking to their eating regime/stress no wxercise ect... I mean an holistic (all is interdipendent in your body/universe) approach is the only one if u really want to help to solve the problem.. not a pill

The pH of your body is one of the most highly controlled mechanisms of the body! Drinking a a special drink will not do better than your own body’s mechanism. And if your body is in a state of alkalosis or acidosis you would be in a hospital, not a Whole Foods buying ACV. The guy’s reason why it’s “healthy” for you is also debunked by a quick google search-the stomach pH is around 1.5 to 2 while the pH of ACV is around 2 to 3. Now, is drinking her “cocktail” unhealthy? Compared to like a sugary soda, no it’s not. It doesn’t have any calories or sugar, and honestly I might like drinking too since I like the taste of kombucha. If you want to drink her drink, do it cause you like the taste and it gets more water in you, not because you think you need to alter your body’s pH! :)

Thank you so much Paula! We do offer the cookbook in eBook version as well as paperback as well. The link is in my description box. Let me know if you have any other questions. As far the pork goes, I would not suggest any cured meats as you'll marinate it in the seasoning the recipe instructs. You want to get fresh pork belly. I would ask the meat department of the grocery store you are at to see if they have it. You can pretty much find it at most places. I do not have any pressure cooker recipes at the moment.
