Glad to see you back. Definitely going to give the meatballs and pizza a try. I had surgery 10 months ago and it’s taken a while to get back in a good exercise routine and eating a more healthy diet. I’ve gain about 10lbs. But what you said in the end about slipping, feeling like a failure and not giving up gives me hope that I’m not so far gone that I can’t start back. So thank you for that!

I’m sorry you have had such a tough time. Please don’t apologize for being MIA… your health comes first. I hope you can get you sugars under control! I love the new car. It is so nice. I know you will enjoy it. I need to find that Orange Alani. I’ve never seen it but I love orange. I add sugar free vanilla syrup to zero sugar orange Sunkist and it tastes like a creamsicle. So sorry to hear you are having hypoglycemic episodes again. I want to share my personal experience (as an insulin resistant person)…the candy (and other products from this company) you mentioned in this episode, which I absolutely LOVE, causes my glucose to go so high it is mindblowing (and then I have a sharp drop). I realize T1 is totally different, but you might want to check and see if you there is any association with your intake of that and your hypoglycemic episodes. It seems to be a particular ingredient (corn related) that causes the issue for me. I know you get bombarded with suggestions and I don’t want to add to your burden…I just wanted to mention this in case it might be helpful to you.

I was just mentioning this to a friend who has been diabetic type 1 since he was a child. I am type 2, he has issues with spiking surgery where I don’t. It’s very interesting that Type 1 and Type 2 have such different reactions to the same product like the one she just mentioned!

My favorite ChocZero product is the cookies and cream keto bark. I also love white chocolate chips, freezes dried marshmallows, caramel chews, the marshmallow candy bars they had for a minute. Their white chocolate is the best. My husband uses their hazelnut syrup in his coffee every day. Their maple syrup is the best keto option. I wish they would bring back the other sauces they used to have.

I've followed you for years and been hoping all of this time you'd change your eyeshadow. No one but you (on YT or IRL) wears such wildly bright PINK eyeshadow...it's extremely garish and distracting. Sorry if this comes off mean but your friends are doing you no favors by not saying something. 😂
