Hi Kristi, umm Prime drink is a NAY for r, it was too sweet and even after adding a lot of water it didn’t change, and I had the same flavor you did and thankfully I didn’t buy but that one bottle. Am so sort to hear that Kris is going to be gone from you guys after being with you all for sometime. BCAAs are Branch Chain Amino Acids, three of the most major and anabolic Essential Amino Acids that comprise protein.

Where in protein they are bound in a matrix these are just unbound amino acids, they get into the blood quicker and require less processing by the body but the unbound ones don’t do the same thing bound proteins do and vice versa. They have their benefits, as does good ole bound protein.
