Wow! I have collected so much information about the calories dense foods. Meals and snacks. But, my tummy can't take this amount of food per day. Love this video! but don’t use extra virgin olive oil to cook! It has low smoke point and can be toxic. use pomace olive oil to cook with and e.v. For salads, Toppings, etc.. hope that helps!

If you can’t eat in big portions then eat in small portions at a time. You can still eat all the calories you need to eat by eating small portions. That’s how I got use to eating more so my stomach can be use to it.😊

So I dove right in made the breakfast u made this morning along with the smoothie 2 hrs later tried eating the snack now I'm feeling very nauseous lol..I'm thinking I'm eating it all too fast and too close together. I'm just like u were before u got your gains barely ever ate and if I did it was junk mostly never meals I'm at 120 now but it's not healthy weight. How can I train my body to get used to all this food 😩

I would recommend tracking how much you eat in a regular day and then slowly increase your food intake by 100 calories each week/month. this way your body can learn to function/adjust to eating more and it also stops you from gaining too much fat at once because your body is gradually putting on weight.

Hi, Ren. If you have access to the plant called *_Osyris Lanceolata_* get its barks. Dry them for like a day. Boil a few pieces and mix it with your tea/coffee or smoothie. Just a cup should be enough. Drink it and within 2hours you will be scouring to find food! Drink it maybe once a week or as frequent depending on how you feel. The tree is medicinal. It's used to treat stomach upsets and also help increase appetite in women who just gave birth. I'll make video about it and show my gains + progress. I hope this helps! It has really helped me big time!

It’s really hard for me to build up my appetite and when I do it’ll go away again for a week I’ve been trying for years but it has helped me a lot recently are weight gain (you are)affirmations and I listen to them while I sleep and I’ve been so hungry on a more consistent basis and I’ve been eating WAYYYY more it really works

I wish I could eat like this but my body feels like shit and I start to feel sick if I eat a lot like tht. Another thing my appetite! Today I ate some eggs and bacon for breakfast and then it’s now 10pm and I had some instant noodles and I added some organic vegetables mix and that was it.. I’m just not hungry enough 😩😭. I’m starting to feel like the body I want is just not for me 🥴. I can’t eat this much everyday.

For the majority of the time I eat about 2500 calories a day. Some days I eat more. I don't take any enhancements. throughout the years I've gotten use to eating more.

I can't eat like you because I have ARFID (avoidant eating disorder) but I'm going to try to eat more portions and more vegetables and fruits, I love snacks and I need to add 2 more in my diet plan. 3000 kcal looks a lot of food, I hope in the future I can gain 13 kg in a year.

I am someone who isn't used to eating a lot. I ended up losing too much weight in under a few months too fast! I am 5'8, and 112 pounds(scared to lose even more.) I developed some deficiencies in my b-12, D, and iron as a result. I don't have much physical activity either. I am struggling to gain weight. And feel drowsy, lose hairs, dry cough, feel out of breath on and off, get hot, excess amounts of thirst, joint aches, and my heart races sometimes cause of these deficiencies. I am scared to develop serious long term health complications, if I don't fix/bring these vitamin deficiencies back to normal again, and if I keep losing too much weight too fast continuously. What can I do to fix these deficiencies fast, and gain weight back to normal again?

How do you know how much gram of protein, carb, and fat to take in? I purchased this program & my goal was to loose 10 lbs. the trainer created a meal plan for me: 1,593 calories (P132g, C120g, F69g). This month, I’m trying to eat 1,800 and this is my normal every day eat. As I am lifting heavier weights and try to tone my glutes, quad dominance, and upper body, I’m slowly trying to increase my calories month by month. But how do I know what to increase (as in my protein, Carb, and fat)?
