I'm joining you on cals, I lost 2 and a half stone on slimming world and every since Xmas I've been sticking to it but the scales have kept going up and up I'm now over a stone heavier, so time to make some changes x

I know I’m the same. I’m like a yo-yo with slimming world. I’ve lost weight before but I don’t think it’s sustainable at all. Maybe it is for some. I like to follow some of the recipes still. Calorie counting is better or just having a healthy balance including healthy fats, protein and fibre. I know avocados are seen as forbidden on SW
